is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and St. Anselm College. He founded Barry & Associates in 1982. Mr. Barry represents lending institutions in commercial mortgage lendings, real estate closings, foreclosures, and Superior Court recovery of deficiencies. He also represents many private clients regarding their personal legal needs as well as their business affairs.
Mr. Barry additionally concentrates in the area of non-secured transactions for lending institutions. In representing closely held business entities, he provides a wide array of experience and advice.
He has been extremely involved over the years in community commitments, such as Board of Trustees for Quincy Medical Center, Rotary Club of Quincy, Board of Directors for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and Quincy 2000 Corporation. Rich is former Board of Trustees of South Shore Economic Development Corporation and he is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Conveyancers Association.
